COVID-19 Update
Mobility Clinic on the Snow

We are devastated to announce the cancellation of the Össur Mobility Clinic on the Snow 2021. We had hoped this year would have been much different with the return of face to face events, however, due to the uncertainty of safely hosting events with ongoing outbreaks, border closers and tightened government restrictions this is not possible despite our best efforts for postponements.

The Mobility Clinic on the Snow will be returning in 2022. Please stay safe and healthy, and thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times.

Mobility Clinic on the Snow 2021

Hosted at Thredbo Resort, NSW, the Mobility Clinic on the Snow is a 3-day event designed for amputees to learn beginner level snowboarding, skiing or sit skiing.

Learn from our Head Coach and Paralympic Snowboarder, Joany Badenhorst. Joany was the first female from Australia to compete in the Snowboarding sport on the World’s biggest stage. Joany was Flag Bearer and Co-captain of the Australian Paralympic Team in 2018, held World #1 rank in the overall SBX Globe and was World Champion in 2017.

We are excited to be partnering with Disabled Winter Sports Australia (DWA) to offer one-on-one support guides for a learning experience that is customised for you. DWA is an organisation which has assisted thousands of individuals with disabilities to participate in winter sports across Australia.
