Jemma Wilson's Story

The wrist brace played a crucial role in her ability to resume her passion for riding and return to work earlier than she could have without the braces.

Jemma Wilson

Jemma is an ex-professional off-road motorcycle racer who competed nationally and internationally for over ten years. She used the CTi Knee Brace and a wrist brace while coaching and running cool moto events, trail rides, and adventure rides. During her riding career, she won eight State Championships, four Australian Off-road Championships, and five Women’s World Cup Team Championships, and competed in the Enduro GP and International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE). She continued to use the CTi knee brace and wrist brace while coaching and running her business, Jemma Wilson Events, even after suffering a recently broken wrist.

Thanks to these braces, she was able to get back on the bike much sooner after the initial wrist surgery and the subsequent 'plate removal' surgery. The wrist brace played a crucial role in her ability to resume her passion for riding and return to work earlier than she could have without the braces. Knee and wrist injuries are common in motorcycling, and Jemma's use of the CTi Knee Brace and wrist brace demonstrated to her family, friends, and clients the importance of protection and safety while riding. Seeing her wearing the CTi braces gave them confidence in using the braces themselves.
