The Össur Mobility Clinic on the Green was held on Monday 23 January at the Metropolitan Golf Club in Melbourne. It was a successful event that provided a unique opportunity for amputees of all ages and abilities to learn the game of golf, increase mobility, and network within the community.

Össur Coaches, Mike Rolls and Shaun Bakker took our attendees through the basics of swing dynamics and golf-specific techniques. The event was well-attended, with participants enjoying the chance to interact with others in the amputee community while improving their golf skills.

What is the Mobility Clinic on the Green?

The Össur Mobility Clinic on the Green is a unique experience that will introduce amputees to the sport of Golf and provide an opportunity to network, optimise lifestyle and have fun with other amputees! The aim is for amputees learn the basics of swing dynamics, golf specific warm-up techniques, and discover the physical and mental health benefits the game has to offer!

Is there a registration fee?

The Mobility Clinic on the Green is a non-for-profit event. A registration fee is requested to confirm your attendance at the Mobility Clinic on the Green. All proceeds will be donated to a local charity organisation.

Do family and friends have to pay/register separately?

No - only participating attendees are required to register and pay.
