What are you capable of?
We believe that everyone–no matter their ability–should have an opportunity to thrive in the activities and sports they love.
That’s why for over 20+ years we’ve hosted running and mobility clinics throughout the year. These clinics provide opportunities to learn techniques from world-renowned gait experts, Össur athletes and mentors with the goal of helping you move better, easier and more confidently with your prosthesis. More than instructional sessions, they are inspirational and supportive forums that connect people of all ages and abilities.
Learning to Move
Get hands-on experience during our 1-day or 2-day sessions. Gait-training experts will teach you how to walk & run in a fun and encouraging environment. You’ll learn functional gait techniques to maximize prosthetic capabilities and movement in multiple directions. You’ll even learn more about nutrition, strength, conditioning & balance to support your active lifestyle.
Life Without Limitations
Want to explore higher activity levels? Our experts will teach you safe ways to improve speed and balance and practice leg-over-leg running mechanics and training skills for activity-specific exercises. During each event, you’ll be paired with a clinical volunteer, who will provide personalized guidance, training routines and more.
“Everything changed. It started a new journey for me as I began to walk and be active and then into mainstream schooling and into different sports competitions.”

Find an Upcoming Clinic Near You
It’s time to get started living a life without limitations. Let’s help you find a clinic in your area.
We have so many inspirational stories to share about athletes (and weekend warriors!) on the move.
The safety and well-being of our community is top of mind for all of us. With COVID-19 rapidly changing our daily lives across the country, the teams at Össur and CAF remain focused on making the best decisions for our athletes, supporters, sponsors, staff and volunteers. To that end, Össur and CAF have decided to postpone the upcoming Össur and CAF Mobility Clinic in Chicago on April 11.
We are so grateful for your commitment and support of the Challenged Athletes Foundation and hope to reschedule this adaptive sports event for later in the year. We are constantly monitoring the updates from the CDC and governmental authorities regarding events and activities impacted by COVID-19 . Please check back on our website and social channels for any updates going forward and we will do our part to keep you informed.
From the entire Össur and CAF Team, please stay safe and healthy, and thank you for your continued support of the Össur and CAF community and understanding during these unprecedented times.
