Marc Radatt
Regional Director, ANZ
Marc Radatt is the Regional Director, ANZ, leading Össur's operations and strategic growth across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the medical technology and healthcare sectors, he has held senior executive roles across Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe and South Africa.
Before joining Össur, Marc spent over two decades with Olympus, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Olympus Asia Pacific, where he led the organisation's strategic direction and operations across the region. In his current role, he also oversees ForMotion Clinics Australia.
As an above knee amputee, Marc brings both professional expertise and personal insight to his role. He is passionate about helping more people access innovative orthotic and prosthetic solutions that improve mobility and quality of life.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys cycling, swimming, endurance sport and spending time with his family.
Hannah Buultjens
Sales Director, Bracing & Supports
Hannah leads strategy, team development, and process innovation across both the Bracing & Supports and Neuro Orthotics divisions at Össur ANZ. With extensive senior commercial leadership experience, she's passionate about building sustainable, scalable sales models and helping her team grow into confident, high-performing professionals.
Outside of Össur, Hannah gives her time pro bono as CEO Asia Pacific at GRAB Advisory, supporting governance for social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. She holds a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney Business School, where she was named to the Dean's List of Excellence in Academic Performance. Her career began in the performing arts — a foundation that still shapes the discipline, resilience, and care she brings to leadership today.
Tim Amor
Business Development Manager, Neuro Orthotics
After graduating university with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2013, Tim gained experience working clinically as an Orthotist in a private facility seeing a range of acute and chronic conditions before transitioning to Össur in 2016. One of the greatest rewards of his job is being able to fit a patient who is in pain or suffering gross instability and seeing an instant increase in their quality of life.
René Bartolo
Product Marketing and Contract Manager ANZ
After growing up in Geelong, René graduated from La Trobe University Melbourne with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences/Masters in Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2022. René began her clinical career working in Launceston, Tasmania, in public healthcare as a Prosthetist/Orthotist, before returning to Melbourne after joining Össur in June 2024 as Territory Manager for VIC & TAS.
In 2026, René transitioned into the role of Product Marketing and Contract Manager, where she continues to combine her clinical expertise with strategic and commercial leadership. René remains strongly committed to optimising positive outcomes and improving quality of life for both patients and clients and looks forward to continuing to deliver meaningful value in her role.
Neelesh Ravikumar
ANZ Regional Manager, South (VIC, NSW, SA, TAS)
Graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Masters in Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2016, Neelesh commenced his career working as an Prosthetist/Orthotist in Townsville before joining Ossur in 2019. Having recently completed his MBA at Melbourne Business School, Neel has covered a variety of roles within Ossur and now leads a team that aims to provide excellent clinical support and guidance to customers across the region. Neel applies his clinical knowledge with his passion for business to work collaboratively with his colleagues and make a difference in the lives of those around us. Kayleigh Strydom
ANZ Regional Manager, North (WA, QLD, NT, NZ)
With over 10 years in the MedTech industry, Kayleigh has had the opportunity to work closely with clinicians and healthcare teams, supporting solutions that improve patient outcomes and contribute to truly meaningful work in healthcare. She values the relationships built along the way and believes trust is earned through consistency and integrity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biokinetics and is currently completing her MBA at Curtin University, driven by a commitment to continual development and strengthening her leadership capability.
Being part of Give Back initiatives has also been important to her, reinforcing her belief that meaningful work extends beyond commercial success. At the heart of everything she does is people, fostering a positive team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose, enabling individuals to perform at their best.
Manish Zachariah
Senior Area Manager, NSW
Born South of India in the tropical state of Kerala, Manish joined Össur in 2016 providing clinical support for Northern NSW before being promoted to a regional sales managerial role in 2020. "All these years, I’ve been practicing as a physio, so I’ve seen a lot of patients in my years. I really value the quality of the products that Össur has in the range and I am 100% confident that the clinical objectives of these products will help improve the patients’ activities. Being a physio, this is a big goal."
Samantha Sudul
Area Manager, NSW & ACT
With more than five years of experience working in the healthcare industry, Samantha graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in 2021. Samantha joined Össur in November 2022 as an Area Sales Manager/Medical Sales Specialist for NSW. Her passion for transforming individuals’ lives is what brought her to Össur. Samantha provides any assistance required to ensure both clinicians and patients get the maximum benefit possible from Össur’s products.
Alex Delaat
Area Manager, NSW
Alex studied Sports Management at the International College of Management Sydney and holds a PGA IGI qualification. Following his studies, he built a strong foundation in the medical devices industry with Device Technologies, where he developed a keen understanding of the healthcare sector. He then transitioned into sport, spending several years in the golf industry where he continued to grow his sales career, working with industry-leading technology and building strong partnerships with clients across the sector.
With a diverse background spanning healthcare, sport, and sales, Alex brings a unique perspective and a results-driven approach to everything he does. He has since returned to the medical field, joining Össur with a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. Driven by purpose and backed by experience, Alex is committed to delivering solutions that enhance mobility, independence, and overall quality of life for those who need it most.
Nicholas Moloney
Area Manager, VIC & TAS
Originally from Bendigo, Nic graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics. Since graduating, Nicholas gained working experience in the AFL which involved expanding and promoting the game. In late 2020, Nic moved to Sydney and joined Össur as a Medical Sales Specialist. Nic enjoys the diverse and challenging nature as a clinical specialist, allowing him to incorporate clinical practice with responsibilities as a sales representative.
Luke Stewart
Area Manager, VIC & SA
Luke brings nine years of experience as an Orthotist, working across both public and private healthcare settings in Victoria. Since graduating in 2016, he has built a strong foundation in clinical practice with a focus on practical outcomes that translate into everyday mobility for patients. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration, strengthening his ability to work closely with clinics and understand the needs of both clinicians and their businesses.
He is passionate about building long term partnerships and supporting clinicians across Victoria and South Australia to achieve meaningful outcomes for their patients.
Charl Botha
Senior Area Manager, QLD
Born in Worcester, South Africa, Charl completed his studies in Pretoria, South Africa. After graduating, Charl worked at Cape Town Hospital for five years before moving to Australia where he worked as an Orthotist for 10 years at a private facility in Brisbane. Charl joined Össur in 2017 and progressed into a Regional Sales Manager role. Charl continues to stay motivated knowing he is able to improve his patient's quality of life.
Adrienne Ballard
Territory Manager, QLD & NT
Adrienne has worked in both rural and metropolitan settings, gaining meaningful experience across public hospitals, private clinics, and community-based care. She’s particularly interested in how bracing and supportive technologies can support patient recovery and enhance mobility.
Adrienne looks forward to collaborating with clinicians, building strong partnerships, and helping people achieve their mobility goals.
Layla Brown
Area Manager, WA
Layla brings experience across both public and private healthcare settings in Western Australia as a physiotherapist. She graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, where she developed a strong interest in the complexity of the human body. She later completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, further strengthening her passion for human biomechanics and non-invasive solutions that support improved mobility.
Stephanie Nagel
Area Manager, New Zealand South Island
Born in the Philippines and raised in New Zealand, Stephanie is passionate about connecting with people and improving lives through innovative solutions. After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2018, she started her journey as a clinician, gaining valuable insight and experience in the community, hospital, and outpatient settings, along with a deep appreciation for the positive impact effective bracing and supports can have on patients' lives. This passion for enhancing well-being led to her successful transition into Real Estate residential sales. With her unique blend in experience and her ambition to help people enjoy a 'Life Without Limitations', Stephanie joins Össur as the Area Sales Manager for New Zealand South Island.
Jake Fiene
Technical Trainer, Neuro Orthotics
Originally from Orange, NSW, Jake moved to Canberra in 2018 to pursue a Bachelor of Visual Arts at the Australian National University, where he developed a passion for portraiture. His work gained recognition when a portrait of Gold Logie winner Jeanne Little was featured in New Idea magazine.
Jake brings a unique blend of artistic creativity and technical expertise to the P&O field. He has extensive experience in fabricating prosthetic and orthotic devices using pre-preg and wet lamination techniques and enjoys creating custom airbrushed designs tailored to individual clients. He has also collaborated with his sister, Ashleigh, in developing innovative carbon fibre devices integrated with HTV silicone.
Currently, Jake works as a Technical Trainer with Össur, specialising in FIOR & GENTZ component support and advanced lamination training. His passion lies in combining form and function to create devices that are not only effective but also durable and visually expressive.
Priscilla Kehoe
Customer Care Director, Össur ANZ
Priscilla and the Customer Care Team ensure that our customers have a superior end-to-end ordering and delivery experience for all Össur prosthetic products through proactive communication and rapid responses to customer requests.
