Our Melbourne Office & Warehouse is Moving in July

We are excited to announce that from Monday 12th July 2021, the Össur Melbourne office & warehouse will be relocating to 9 Market Drive, Bayswater North VIC 3153. The new facility includes an expanded warehouse that will allow us to hold more stock and improve operation efficiency, provide superior customer service and a greater space for Össur Academy training areas.

We are pleased to inform you that you can expect the same, high-quality level of customer service from the Össur Team as there will be no disruptions to shipments or orders throughout our relocation process.

As we prepare for the move, our Melbourne office will remain open and operating as usual from Unit 15/114 Merrindale Dr, Croydon South VIC 3136. Our business hours will also continue to operate the same at our new location.

From Monday 12th July 2021, please send all return items for Bracing & Supports to our new address at Market Drive. All Prosthetics return items should be delivered to the Sydney office as usual.
