To further enhance our services to you, we have established a new regional team approach to provide you with direct contact to both our clinical service, sales support, and customer service staff.  This features a dedicated clinical service and customer service team for each region. Clinical Specialists will have a dual-role also acting as the Area Manager (AM) for a specific region.

As part of this new approach, we welcome Laura Roberts to our team. Laura brings 17 years of clinical experience to the Össur Australia Prosthetics Team. She has practiced extensively across the major sectors of the P&O industry – in public, private, and university settings across Victoria, Western Australia, and Queensland. We are excited to have her join our team and look forward to the insights and innovations that she will bring to our customers and to our organisation. Laura will be based in QLD, allowing Lizzie Carey to move to New Zealand.

Based from Auckland, Lizzie will provide clinical training and sales support to our NZ customers. This is a welcome return to NZ for Lizzie where she has previously worked for several years prior to joining Össur. Sarah Mulroy-Lang shall continue to be based in Melbourne and Rob Hodgson from Sydney.

Kris Carroll has left Össur to seek other career opportunities. We thank Kris for his many years of service to Össur and the great relationships that he has developed with many of you. We wish him the best of success in his future endeavours.

We believe that this new approach will provide you with more direct access to dedicated staff, allowing us to tailor our support and services to best meet your needs. We welcome your feedback as we roll this out and are available to answer any questions that you may have.

When does this new approach begin?

Our new approach is effective immediately. Laura Roberts has commenced transition into her role with support from Lizzie Carey throughout the month of May. Lizzie will be moving to NZ on 1st of June. 

Who should I now contact at Össur for prosthetic supply services?

If you wish to place an order, receive a quotation, ask questions relating to your account or need fundamental product catalogue information, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] or the individual Customer Care team member for your region (see chart above). You may also call 1300 123 268 and select Option 2 for prosthetic support, where we will endeavour to have the assigned team member take the call wherever possible.

If your enquiries relate to sales visitation/support, clinical training, clinical/technical troubleshooting or client prescription recommendations, please contact the designated Clinical Specialist/Area Manager for your region.
