Claim Denial Resolution Tool

Determining why a particular claim is denied and what are your options for appeals can be frustrating. CGS Medicare, Region B and C, recently released an online tool that assists you in identifying the reason for denial and possible resolutions.

Use information from the Remittance Advice (RA) to enter the denial reason code and the remark code. You will instantly get information about the denial code and suggested actions for resolution.
