Designing Interventions & Administering Outcomes for Patients with Lower Limb Amputations - 4.5 CEUs
This course is designed to provide rehabilitation and prosthetic professionals with information on designing pre-prosthetic exercise programs, as well as instruction on standardized prosthetic gait training interventions, and education on appropriate outcome measures for use with lower limb amputees.
Learning Objectives:
- Design an exercise intervention program for patients in the pre-prosthetic phase of amputee rehabilitation.
- Identify the clinical determinants of lower limb amputee prosthetic gait assessment.
- Demonstrate standardized prosthetic gait training.
- Identify and perform appropriate outcome measures for use in the lower limb amputee population.
