Rod Cooper

Managing Director, Össur ANZ

Rod graduated from LaTrobe Unveristy with a Bachelor of Prosthetics (Hons) and has diverse industry experience in clinical provision, education and business development. Rod joined Össur in 2006 (a small independent distributor at the time) leading the growth of our bracing wholesale division. More recently, Rod has graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and became the Össur ANZ Regional Director in 2019. Rod is inspired to work for a company that values innovation and making a difference to the lives of those that receive our products and services.

Hannah Buultjens

Sales Director, Bracing & Supports

Hannah has exclusively worked in the medical devices, sales, and marketing sectors, in companies across Australia and New Zealand. With a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA at the University of Sydney, she combines clinical knowledge with advanced business acumen.

Hannah also leads Össur’s Give Back Program in ANZ, guiding socially conscious teams in impactful volunteer initiatives that align with corporate values. Her approach to leadership is rooted in a commitment to diversity, excellence, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of mentorship and empowerment that drives both business success and community impact. Through her visionary leadership, she strives to continuously shape new ways of working that are innovative, sustainable, and forward-thinking.

Tim Amor

Business Development Manager, Neuro Orthotics

After graduating university with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2013, Tim gained experience working clinically as an Orthotist in a private facility seeing a range of acute and chronic conditions before transitioning to Össur in 2016. One of the greatest rewards of his job is being able to fit a patient who is in pain or suffering gross instability and seeing an instant increase in their quality of life.

René Bartolo

Product Marketing and Contract Manager ANZ

After growing up in Geelong, René graduated from La Trobe University Melbourne with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences/Masters in Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2022. René began her clinical career working in Launceston, Tasmania, in public healthcare as a Prosthetist/Orthotist, before returning to Melbourne after joining Össur in June 2024 as Territory Manager for VIC & TAS.

In 2026, René transitioned into the role of Product Marketing and Contract Manager, where she continues to combine her clinical expertise with strategic and commercial leadership. René remains strongly committed to optimising positive outcomes and improving quality of life for both patients and clients and looks forward to continuing to deliver meaningful value in her role.

Kayleigh Strydom

ANZ Regional Manager, North (WA, QLD, NT, NZ)

With over 10 years in the MedTech industry, Kayleigh has had the opportunity to work closely with clinicians and healthcare teams, supporting solutions that improve patient outcomes and contribute to truly meaningful work in healthcare. She values the relationships built along the way and believes trust is earned through consistency and integrity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biokinetics and is currently completing her MBA at Curtin University, driven by a commitment to continual development and strengthening her leadership capability.

Being part of Give Back initiatives has also been important to her, reinforcing her belief that meaningful work extends beyond commercial success. At the heart of everything she does is people, fostering a positive team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose, enabling individuals to perform at their best.

Anton Kemp

Senior Area Manager, New Zealand

Originally from South Africa, Anton has spent the last 26 years in the orthotic and prosthetic field as clinician. Anton has extensive industry experience in business and service development and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes, mobility, and quality of life. With passion for biomechanics and sports injuries, orthotics was the perfect driver for Anton to pursue a career in clinical support and sales. Being able to provide bracing solutions in partnership with fellow clinicians is the perfect win-win for all. Anton joined Ossur in 2023 and is the Territory Sales Manager for New Zealand. Outside of work Anton enjoys mountain biking, paddle boarding and spending time with his family.

Stephanie Nagel

Area Manager, New Zealand South Island

Born in the Philippines and raised in New Zealand, Stephanie is passionate about connecting with people and improving lives through innovative solutions. After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2018, she started her journey as a clinician, gaining valuable insight and experience in the community, hospital, and outpatient settings, along with a deep appreciation for the positive impact effective bracing and supports can have on patients' lives. This passion for enhancing well-being led to her successful transition into Real Estate residential sales. With her unique blend in experience and her ambition to help people enjoy a 'Life Without Limitations', Stephanie joins Össur as the Area Sales Manager for New Zealand South Island.

Jake Fiene

Technical Trainer, Neuro Orthotics

Originally from Orange, NSW, Jake moved to Canberra in 2018 to pursue a Bachelor of Visual Arts at the Australian National University, where he developed a passion for portraiture. His work gained recognition when a portrait of Gold Logie winner Jeanne Little was featured in New Idea magazine. 

Jake brings a unique blend of artistic creativity and technical expertise to the P&O field. He has extensive experience in fabricating prosthetic and orthotic devices using pre-preg and wet lamination techniques and enjoys creating custom airbrushed designs tailored to individual clients. He has also collaborated with his sister, Ashleigh, in developing innovative carbon fibre devices integrated with HTV silicone. 

Currently, Jake works as a Technical Trainer with Össur, specialising in FIOR & GENTZ component support and advanced lamination training. His passion lies in combining form and function to create devices that are not only effective but also durable and visually expressive. 

Priscilla Kehoe

Customer Care Director, Össur ANZ

Priscilla and the Customer Care Team ensure that our customers have a superior end-to-end ordering and delivery experience for all Össur prosthetic products through proactive communication and rapid responses to customer requests.
