We're Expanding Our Operations in Össur New Zealand

Thank you for your business and for supporting Össur in 2021 as we strive to deliver industry-leading products and services to assist you in providing your patients with a life without limitations.

I am sure that you will join me in wishing for a less disrupted year ahead, in contrast to what we have all experienced in the past 2 years.

There are some exciting changes occurring at Össur from January 2022 that we’d like to share with you. These include:

• The inception of our new Össur NZ business, OSSUR NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (NZBN: 9429048795425), that will enable our customers to deal directly with a NZ company.
• Direct billing of all customers in $NZD and payment to our NZ bank account to save our customers time dealing with exchange variations and currency transactions. This will also provide a common account number for our shared B&S and Prosthetics customers.
• The addition of in-country sales staff. Sarah O’Callaghan (B&S Clinical Sales Support) will be joining Lizzie Carey (Prosthetics Clinical Specialist & Sales Support) to provide additional education, clinical support and customer care services.
• Our pledge to remain Carbon Neutral again in 2022, following successful attainment of this target in 2021.

What’s next?

In the second half of 2022, we are planning for the future establishment of an Össur Auckland warehouse and look at engaging additional local staff to enhance timely delivery and better service for your local needs. I will be in contact again next year to update you on this exciting development.
