All Össur products are warranted for any defects in materials and/or workmanship. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 080 688 863 if you have any questions.
For product-specific warranty information, please refer to the Össur’s product catalog, or by regular mail upon request.
If at any time within the warranty period you are not 100% satisfied with any Össur product, please contact our Customer Service Department at 080 688 863 and give us the opportunity to remedy the situation.
Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. In the event items were ordered or shipped in error, you must notify the Customer Service Department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Össur must be contacted within five (5) business days of the receipt of the goods. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. When returning a product for credit or replacement you must provide both the original invoice number and the reason for return.
The RMA# must be printed on the outside of the package and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included. Please note that we will not process returns that don't have an RMA number included.
Credit or replacement of goods is subject to inspection and evaluation.
