The Ossur Women’s Leadership Initiative announces its call for presentations for the 2020 Annual Conference, August 19-21, 2020 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where our theme will be Envision, Empower, Equality. You are invited to share your thought-provoking, innovative and practical presentation for clinicians, practice managers, and clinic owners.

Our audience:
- We anticipate 120-150 attendees
- Our conference attracts practitioners, business/clinic managers, practice owners, residents, students, PT’s, and leaders of O&P professional organizations
- While attendees are predominantly female, our conference is inclusive and open to all genders

- Bridging the communication gap between front office, clinicians and technicians
- Assertiveness/Leadership/Public Speaking training

- Creating and leading an amputee support group
