If people have been blessed with the capabilities of reaching heights unfathomed and do not, they are not only committing a disservice to themselves but also their communities.
Paralympian Jerome Singleton has been a Team Össur Member since 2009 after becoming a two-time Medalist at the 2008 Paralympic Games in the 100m (Silver) and 4x100 Relay (Gold) races. He’s proudest of having the opportunity to positively impact people’s lives through his receipt of many notable academic and athletic achievements.
Jerome encourages fellow amputees to stay positive and take life one day at time, because, as he says, “You never know whose life you can impact just by keeping up the faith and striving to be better each day. If people have been blessed with the capabilities to reach heights unfathomed, and do not, they are committing a disservice to themselves as well as their community.”
