Icex® 100

Icex 100 is an integral part of the Icelandic Direct Casting (IDC) system, the unique direct casting system to make customized carbon fiber sockets directly onto the residual limb.

The direct casting system allows prosthetists to produce well fitting sockets time and time again. The Icecast® compact bladder utilises air-pressure to cast the Icex fibers directly on to the residual limb. The result is a ready made and perfect fitting hard socket.
